ONTAPClusterCreateJoinOperationFailed because of slow backend storage

Issue

  • The VM will boot up very slow and eventually hit the following panic:

  • The sdotadmin_server.log will report that the ONTAPClusterCreateJoinOperationFailed because of timeout:
