No storage pools found during ONTAP Select deployment

Issue

  • When configuring a new cluster in the ONTAP Select Deploy GUI,  after selecting the hosts in the Hypervisor and Network field, the following message appears:

No storage pools found. If the host's credentials have changed, update the credentials and retry the operation

  • Drop-down selections are not available for the Management, Internal, and Data networks
  • The host credentials message is misleading, the host credentials are correct for VMware vCenter Server.
    • In the Administration | Event tab, the deployment events show both the server and hosts were successfully authenticated and registered
