CONTAP-786211: SMB lock replay assertion during storage failover may interrupt data access

Issue

During storage failover, a specific sequence of SMB lock operations may cause the partner node to encounter an assertion failure while replaying lock state. This can interrupt data access until the system recovers.
The error reported is:
PANIC: prod/common/wafl/ssm/ssm_iftp.cc:602: Assertion failure.
