CONTAP-770645: SED Revert to Original State Fails in Maintenance Mode when PSID is Fewer than 32 Characters

Issue

Using a PSID that is less than 32 characters while attempting a disk encrypt revert_original command in maintenance mode the following error occurs:
*> disk encrypt revert_original 1a2b3c4d5e6f7g8h9i0j 0d.00.0
Aug 12 21:25:05 [localhost:nse.op.failed:error]: Control failure on self-encrypting drive 0a.00.0; security provider: Admin, authority: Physical Ownership, during operation "ent_revertsp_sm". Operation failed: no valid path to disk (25). Aug 12 21:25:05 [localhost:disk.encryptCmdFailed:error]: Encrypting disk 0a.00.0 failed disk encrypt revert_original command with error status no valid path to disk (0x19).
