Issue

When access to all encryption keys has been lost and all NetApp Storage Encryption (NSE) drives are locked, running disk encrypt sanitize -all in maintenance mode fails with the message:
No encrypting disks exist on the system to sanitize.
The message appears even though NSE drives are present. The drives cannot be sanitized for reuse through this command and require manual intervention.
