Issue

ONTAP user space process cmd, responsible for performance data collection, periodically restarts and event log shows error similar to:

After the cmd process restarts automatically, it can immediately hit another similar panic.
When the panic restarts of cmd trigger too often after each other, the process is not restarted and this event is logged:
