Why the IDR is showing as – or 0

In a non-FabricPool scenario, the presence of "-" or 0 can indicate the following:
  1. It has been a short duration, and it is too early to determine the outcome.
  2. Sufficient time has passed, but it is difficult to ascertain the result due to the volume being created prior to IDR activation and lacking cold data.
