What do "flexgroup show" target and urgency and other columns mean?

Last Updated:

Applies to

  • ONTAP 9
  • FlexGroup volume(s)

  • The target percentage is a value that shows how much write traffic an individual constituent should see as compared to the other constituents in the FlexGroup and is directly considered by the FlexGroup ingest algorithm
  • The urgency value is a value from 0 to 1 (or percentage) and corresponds to how close the volume is to running out of space.  This value generally stays at zero.

Additional Information

Note: Running flexgroup show from within node shell provides the same data as FLEXGROUP-SHOW in AutoSupports
