Unable to resize LUN with CLI but working with System Manager

Issue

  • Unable to resize (increase) the LUN size on CLI. However, we are able to resize the same on the System Manager.
  • Increasing the size on the LUN on CLI gives the following error:

cluster::> lun resize -vserver svm1 /vol/vol1/mylun -size +2t
Error: command failed: Requested LUN size is too large
