Issue

  • Unable to Delete vserver and stuck in 'deleting' phase for long time.

  • When trying deleting:

Cluster::*> vserver delete -vserver Cluster-dataSVM

Warning: When Vserver "Cluster-dataSVM" is deleted,
         the following objects are automatically removed as well:
         Admin-created login accounts: 2
         Do you want to continue? {y|n}: y
[Job 144412] Job is queued: Delete Vserver Cluster-dataSVM.

Error: command failed: [Job 144412] Job failed: Cannot remove policy that is in use.
       Wait a few minutes, and then try the Vserver delete operation again. If the error persists, contact technical support for assistance.

 

  • MGWD logs could show the below:
