Answer

To start wafliron on aggregates other than the root: 

::> set diag  

::*> storage aggregate wafliron start -aggregate <aggr-name>   

Note: After starting Wafliron, the system console may become unresponsive for a period of time. The storage system should be monitored for at least thirty minutes following the start of the wafliron. If the console is still unresponsive after this time, contact NetApp Technical Support
