Applies to

  • Core file upload (file extension .nz)
  • Especially restricted customer environment

Answer

  • If corefile upload fails while using NetApp Authenticated File Upload (NAFU), especially for Banking, Government, Military, other restricted infrastructure.
  • It is often found that upload URLs are blocked.
  • As a result, the upload page fails to open or file upload fails after 1% (or few minutes of uploading).
  • This happens if below URLs are not allowed due to network / firewall restrictions.
  • To upload corefile seamlessly, NetApp recommends below URLs  to be opened from network end or verify with network team if we encounter such corefile upload issues.
