  • No, there is no way to validate the integrity of configuration backup files store outside of ONTAP
  • Once cluster/node configuration backup files have been moved outside of ONTAP, users are responsible for validating the files integrity if desired
  • There are various methods to verify a files integrity after being transferred using 3rd party software (such as 7zip)
