Issue

  • When reverting to the unfixed versions listed in the Solution section, ONTAP experiences a reboot loop or be stuck in a hung state.
  • The console log shows:

[nvdimm.fw.upgrade.failure:ERROR]:NVDIMM controller in slot-X failed to upgrade firmware because it is at ARMed state or has valid data
