Issue

  • Autosupport is configured but not working.
  • “autosupport check show-details” fails with “SSL connect error”:

 Node: Node-01
            AutoSupport Check Type:  https-post-destination
               Status of the Check: failed
     Detailed Description of Error: HTTPS POST connectivity check failed for destination: https://support.netapp.com/asupprod/post/1.0/postAsup. Error: SSL connect error
     

  • Notifyd log can show the following error:
