ANDU failed at the phase of CheckImgStoresAvailability

Applies to

  • ONTAP 9.7 or later
  • OnCommand System Manager (OCSM)
  • Automated Non-Disruptive Update (ANDU)

Issue

  • OCSM >Cluster > ONTAP Update > ONTAP Image Update > Add image > Add from Local
  • Browse to the location you saved the software image, select the image, and then click Open.
  • The software image uploads after you click Open and then the following error popped up.
Expecting at least two active nodes to store the package, found one active node, exiting. Make sure the cluster has two active nodes before getting the package again.
