Issue

  • After a node reboot the cluster management LIF fails to synchronize with NTP, while the partner node is unaffected.
  • Both the cluster-management and node-management LIFs share the same physical port (e0M), the same subnet, and the same service policy ({}management-ntp-client{}).
  • This overlapping configuration causes NTP communication problems that result in a persistent time-sync failure for the cluster management LIF.
