CONTAP-663909: Assertion Failure During Aggregate WAFLIRON Operation on Certain Platforms

Issue

During an aggregate WAFLIRON operation run in parallel with I/O, a node can stop with the following assertion error:
assertion "vol->wv_acct.vac_cp_dbuf_cnt == vol->wv_acct.vac_cp_dbuf_cnt_next" failed: file "prod/common/wafl/consist_pnt.c", line 8575
The issue occurs only under a narrow timing condition during a consistency point. Customers who are not running an aggregate WAFLIRON operation concurrently with I/O are not affected.
