Issue
- After the EMS message
nvmem.battery.wrongCharge
is triggered, the battery recovers after several seconds.

[hostname: env_mgr: nvmem.battery.wrongCharge:alert]: The NVMEM battery charger is charging the battery even though the battery is not requesting to be charged. To prevent data loss, the system will shut down in 24 hours.
