Write to space-reserved LUN fails due to volume runs out of free space

Issue
- iSCSI volume disconnects unexpectedly from SQL cluster nodes.
- Space-reserved LUN with semi-thick volume configuration:
- Volume guarantee=Volume
- Fractional reserve=0
- Storage efficiency is disabled
- No snapshots
- Autosize settings: mode=off

The "user-data" exceeds the LUN size, and they occasionally run into the write failures because of the volume being full.
