HA pair fails to boot up due to OPS  panel failure on FAS2552

Issue

  • The front panel has an amber light on, the shelf ID shows 8.8, and all hard drives have no light on at all.
  • SP can be accessed but there is no display screen on the console.
  • Turn on power faulire on both nodes. 
  • 2 PSUs are in absent status on both nodes.
