Issue

  • Problem appears from one shelf through one switch in the environment.
  • The following errors are seen in the event logs

scsi.cmd.selectionTimeout: Unknown device e8b.xx.x.x Adapter/target error: HA status 0x7::cdb 0x12. Target device did not respond to requested I/O. I/O will be retried
scsi.cmd.selection timeout: Unknown device e8b.xx.x.xxxx Check condition: CDB xxxxxxxxxxxx Sense data Adapter/target/error HAstatus 0x7:cdb 0x12. Target device did not respond to requested I/O. I/O will be retried
