Issue

  • Switch health alert triggered after a reboot due to an ONTAP upgrade or unplanned event.

    Indication Time: Tue May 02 18:20:39 2023
           Suppress: false
        Acknowledge: false
     Probable Cause: The ethernet switch is using an unsupported link
                     discovery protocol.
    Possible Effect: The change of the link discovery protocol on the
                     switch is not supported. The connected device will not
                     appear in link layer discovery commands.
Corrective Actions: Revert the discovery protocol change on the switch.
