system health alert show reports:

Alert ID: SwitchCommunityString_Alert
Alerting Resource: Switch_FQDN (123456)
Description: Ethernet switch "Switch_FQDN (123456)" with IP address "X.X.X.X" is not reachable via SNMP. Incorrect SNMP community string might be configured on the Ethernet switch.
