Issue

  • The system health alert show  command displays the error below:
cluster::> system health alert show
               Node: cluster1-01
           Resource: cluster-sw-01(serial-number)
           Severity: Major
    Indication Time: Wed Sep 14 13:45:36 2022
           Suppress: false
        Acknowledge: false
     Probable Cause: Ethernet switch "Cluster-sw-01(serial-number)" with IP
                     address "192.168.1.XX" is not reachable via SNMP.
                     Incorrect SNMP community string might be configured on the Ethernet switch.
    Possible Effect: Ethernet switch communication problems and accessibility issues.
 Corrective Actions: Check the SNMP community string on the Ethernet switch
                     to verify that the expected community string is configured.
                     Use the "system switch ethernet show -snmp-config" command to view the expected
                     community string.
  • The node that was running the Cluster Switch Health Monitor daemon (CSHMD) rebooted.
  • This issue was not present before a node reboot.
