Supper louder Noise with normalize sysfan speed

Issue

Noticed an increase in fan noise, characterized by a louder and higher pitch than usual, coming from the chassis and all system fans +  power supply fans are spinning. 

  • Increased Fan Noise: The noise is louder and has a higher pitch than usual, indicating the chassis fans are working harder
  • Normally system Fans: All system fans are  spinning with normally speeds.
