Issue

  • HA Group Notification (SHELF POWER SUPPLY WARNING) ERROR is reported.

  • EMS reported PSU fault on all shelves from all nodes.

Node 1

 [Node 1: dsa_worker1: ses.status.psWarning:error]: DS460-12 (S/N SHXXXXXXXXXXX25) shelf 11 on channel 0a power warning for Power supply 1: warning status; DC undervoltage. This module is on the rear of the shelf at the top middle.
 [Node 1: dsa_worker1: ses.status.psWarning:error]: DS460-12 (S/N SHXXXXXXXXXXX25) shelf 11 on channel 0a power warning for Power supply 2: warning status; DC undervoltage. This module is on the rear of the shelf at the bottom middle.
 [Node 1: dsa_worker2: ses.status.psWarning:error]: DS460-12 (S/N SHXXXXXXXXXXX08) shelf 21 on channel 0c power warning for Power supply 1: warning status; DC undervoltage. This module is on the rear of the shelf at the top middle.

  • Errors get cleared after sometime.
  • Shelf power fault alert persists for only one shelf in Node 2
