Service Processor (SP) and Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) upgrade troubleshooting

Description
SP/BMC update issues are most commonly caused by the following:
- Downloading the image (webserver)
- Image file is corrupt during the download
- ONTAP to/from SP/BMC communication issues
- SP/BMC management port is faulty
Note: Port issues can disrupt the upgrade - SP/BMC fails to update firmware due to a faulty SP/BMC port
