SP/BMC offline after ONTAP upgrade

Issue

  • After a successful upgrade of ONTAP,  BMC is offline on node2, failing BMC upgrade on node2
cluster::> sp show

  • BMC reboot and servprocd process were restarted but BMC still remained offline
