Power Supply Unit PSU Degraded Issue on AFF C250

Issue

The system reported a degraded status for one or more Power Supply Units (PSUs). The following log entries were observed:

Additional Observations:
PSU1 on both nodes was reported as degraded. Error messages indicating chassis power supply issues:

monitor.chassisPowerSupply.degraded: notice: Chassis power supply 1 is degraded:PSU1 In Fault is FAULT

monitor.chassisPower.degraded: alert: Chassis power is degraded: Power Supply Status Critical: PSU1.
