Issue

  • Replaced shelf is not seen after installation using commands:
  • ::> storage shelf show
  • ::> storage shelf show -connectivity
  • *> disk_shelf db_list
  • *> disk_shelf topology

 

  • EMS :
  • ses.shelf.unsupportAllowErr: Unsupported disk shelf found on channel 0a.
  • cf.disk.invent.mismatchalt: Status of some of the disks has changed or the node (node-01) is missing 30 disks (detailed logs have been throttled).
  • callhome.disks.missing: Call home for MULTIPLE DISKS MISSING
  • monitor.shelf.fault: Critical fault reported on disk storage shelf attached to channel 0a. Check fans, power supplies, disks, and temperature sensors.
