Issue

  • RAID reconstruction never starts after disk failure with available spare disk or after failed disk replacement.
  • Replaced disk model and character is similar to the failed disk.
  • Replaced disk may show different type or RPM value from the original disk, example:

  • EMS log shows the below event:

[nodename: config_check: sas.config.mixed.detected:warning]: SAS shelf "0" attached to adapter "0b" contains a mixture of drive types. Mixed configurations are not supported.
