Issue

  • The environment status shows read attempts failed on the disk shelf:

::> system node run -node <node> environment status

Channel: 0b
    Shelf: 11

    Module type: IOM12; monitoring is active  
    Shelf status: normal condition
    SES Configuration, shelf 11:
     logical identifier=0x500a09800ea85dc4

    Status reads attempted: 5639267; failed: 1

  • Upon monitoring, the failed counters are found to be not incrementing.
