Power supply cannot detect power off correctly

Issue

  • When PSU1 is turned off, "environment sensors" is detected "PSU_OFF"correctly, but PSU2 cannot be detected even when PSU2 is turned off.
  • PSU1 power off

Example:

Cluster::> system node environment sensors show -type fru

  • After PSU swap, PSU2 is detected correctly when it turned off, but PSU1 is not detected even when it is turned off.
