Description
List of issues you may encounter following a successful upgrade of the Service processor (SP/BMC).
- SP/BMC issues after a complete upgrade, are most commonly caused by
- Image file issues due to a defect
- ONTAP to/from SP/BMC communication issues
- SP/BMC management port could be faulty
Note: Port issues can disrupt the upgrade - SP/BMC fails to update firmware due to a faulty SP/BMC port
