Issue

The models listed in the applies to section, have the option of a dual chassis configuration as seen in Hardware Universe.  This configuration is also known as a Chassis/IOXM configuration or abbreviated as CI.  When a PCIe card is replaced in an IOXM module or the entire IOXM module is replaced, after giveback of the impaired node the IOXM power might show as bad and the HA interconnect ports as down:

cluster1::> system controller ioxm show

Node          Display Name Is-Present? Power     Status
------------- ------------ ----------- --------- ------
cluster1-01
              cluster1-01/IOXM
                           present     bad       ok
cluster1-02
              cluster1-02/IOXM
                           present     good      ok
