Issue

  • System panics with the following panic string

PANIC  : Unrecoverable metadata block (file 12916, block 10721273311, fbn 189018112, level 1, file type 16) in aggregate aggr1.

WAFL inconsistent. Contact NetApp technical support. in SK process wafl_exempt03 on release 9.7P11

  • EMS log shows

[Node1:callhome.raid.no.recover:EMERGENCY]: Call home for RAID DETECTED UNRECOVERABLE ERRORS

  • Also observed medium errors on multiple disks
