Issue

  • Node A report NoPathToIOMA_Alert and DegradedShelfToShelfCabling_Alert .

[callhome.hm.alert.major:ALERT]: Call home for Health Monitor process nchm: NoPathToIOMA_Alert
[mgwd: callhome.hm.alert.major:alert]: Call home for Health Monitor process nchm: DegradedShelfToShelfCabling_Alert

  • These alerts indicate the shelf IOM failure which connect to Node C ,however Node A doesn't connect to issued shelf.
  • spm show reports that shm process only running at Node A.
