Issue

  • Node goes down and partner performs takeover
  • Service-processor (SP) unreachable
  • Node does not boot
  • Observed Power Supply Units (PSUs) on one side of the chassis showing both green / amber LEDs
  • Tested attached power distribution unit (PDU) to PSUs and no issue found
