Issue

  • Node shutdown due to low capacity of NVMEM battery.
EMS log :
[env_mgr: nvmem.battery.fccLowCrit:EMERGENCY]: The NVMEM battery full-charge capacity is critically low (30 ). To prevent data loss, the system will shut down in 20 minutes.
[env_mgr: callhome.battery.failure:EMERGENCY]: Call home for BATTERY (full charge capacity low) CRITICAL.
  • System console unresponsive, no Loader prompt displayed.
  • Unable to collect BMC logs.
  • BMC (Baseboard Management Controller) is inaccessible despite attempts to reboot and power cycle.
