Node reboots and fails to complete cluster setup due to drives not being detected

Issue
- During installation, node repeatedly rebooted and failed to complete cluster setup due to disks not being detected from the maintenance mode.
- Symptoms:
- Nodes stuck in a boot loop with “
No disks found” error. - Ports e0c/e0d are online, but disks are not visible from
sysconfig -voutput from the maintenance mode . - After cabling to the correct storage ports (e4a/e4b) following document cable shelf to AFF systems - NS224 shelves, the ports show:

- Reseating the cards on slot 4 of both the nodes did not resolve the issue.
