NoPathToNSM alerts on multiple nodes and NSMs

Issue

  • Recieving NoPathToNSM alerts when system is cabled in fully suppoted configuration.
  • Multiple nodes are reported in the health alerts.
  • NSM A and NSM B are both reported.
  • All cables are in the correct ports for the platform.
  • No issues seen over the physical connection to the switches.
  • EMS logs will have spam the message from the node with the cshm and call out both NSMs, may throttle the heath monitoring process:

    Possible Effect: You will lose access to shelf 7.11 if module B fails.
Corrective Actions: 1. Consult the guide applicable to your NVMe storage shelf to review cabling rules for your system.
                     2. Connect controller node-a to module A and module
                     B of shelf 7.11.
