NS224 shelves with NSM100B modules

Issue

  1. NS224 NVMe disk shelf was added to the cluster.
  2. One of the NSM100B modules failed, resulting in:
    • Multipath disk shelf configuration errors
    • Inability to establish connectivity to the 100G switch.
  • In the environment section of Autosupport:
    • NSM-A serial number Unknown
    • NSM-B serial number reported normal
  • Swapping the boot device between the controllers resulted in the issue moving to the other NSM module.
