Event Summary

Multiple Disks Missing AutoSupport messages are reported after a shelf drawer enters a Critical/Critical state.

This can also be accompanied by degraded or offline aggregates depending on how the impacted drives are allocated across raid groups.

Validate

  1. Check the current status of the Shelf Drawers:
    1. AutoSupport Section: STORAGE-SHELF-DRAWER.XML
    2. CLI Command:

Cluster::> storage shelf drawer show

  1. Check the status of aggregates:
    1. AutoSupport Section: AGGR-INFO.XML (check RAID Status for degraded, failed or reconstructing)
    2. CLI Command:

A drawer replacement may be required.
