- As mentioned on Wikpedia, the IOP threshold may be less for random workloads than the below guidance
IOPS historically have referred to as transfers, typically 4k random transfers
These numbers may be more or less than your system is capable of for your workload, requiring the account team discussion
- The account team has a tool that can calculate the maximum IOPS for each system, but NetApp does not publish general guidelines
