Issue

The e2b port on node NODE1 was experiencing repeated link flaps, resulting in the interface group a0a entering a degraded state. 
[NODE1:intr:net.ifgrp.lacp.link.inactive:error]: ifgrp a0a, port e2b has transitioned to an inactive state. The interface group is in a degraded state.
[NODE1:vifmgr:vifmgr.portdown:notice]: A link down event was received on node NODE1, port e2b.
[NODE1:kernel:netif.linkUp:info]: Ethernet e2b: Link up.
