IX4-T 1Gb ports negotiate down to 100Mbps

Issue

  • InterCluster LIF that is used for snapmirror hosted on port e0c of a node operates at 100 Mbps instead of 1 Gbps.
  • The switch side port configuration shows 1Gb
  • The snapmirror lag is observed on of the node only
