Description

  • The following EMS example messages are shown as a result of a NVMe failure

"Mon June 25 18:05:23 UTC [node01: gemini-notif-thread: callhome.nvme.offline:alert]: Callhome for Flash Cache NVMe Offline."
 

  • sysconfig -a of the node shows:

1 : Flash Cache NVMe
state: failed
model: X3310A
s/n: 123456789

  • The node shows Multi-Path HA.
  • The Firmware is not updated on both nodes
