  • FAS90, FAS70
  • Cluster Ports

Description

  • Platforms that recommend sharing 100GbE network ports for both Cluster and HA connections can support 10G or 25G cluster connections to legacy cluster switches.
  • Customers should update to 40GbE or 100GbE cluster speeds when legacy 10/25GbE cluster switches are no longer required.
    • HA connections are external on these platforms and still exist on 40/100GbE network ports, even when using 10/25GbE cluster connections.
    • Cluster ports will be updated to use the same 40/100GbE ports also used for HA traffic.
