HBA card X2071A not detected after Motherboard replacement

Issue

  • After MB replacement,  unable to give back due to missing file system disks on the partner node.
[Node-1: svc_queue_thread: cf.disk.invent.mismatchalt:debug]: Status of some of the disks has changed or the node (Node-2) is missing 147 disks (detailed logs have been throttled).
  • Further checking the sasadmin expander_map output from maintenance mode shows slot X connection is missing on the newly replaced motherboard.
  • Reseating the card also results in the same error.
